Because of their size and weight, glass cabinets cannot be put on a normal courier but must be delivered by a furniture removal company. (However, a few of the smaller cabinets can be couriered, especially the countertop cabinets.) In general, we use United Movers. If cabinets are shipped using this freight company we will guarantee delivery of an unbroken cabinet i.e. if it breaks in transit, we will send a replacement.

Although we dispatch as soon as possible, the schedules of furniture removal companies are nowhere near as fast or reliable as couriers, so we can’t guarantee delivery on a particular day or time. Although we always do our best, urgent deadlines may not be able to be met. Please call to discuss if your requirements are urgent.

Please also note that rural, provincial, and residential addresses often take longer than urban addresses and surcharges will likely apply and may need to be added after the initial order when confirming with the furniture moving company.
